Wednesday, but make it worth leaving the house. An hour of yoga on the rooftop at Le Réservoir as the sun goes down over Weibdeh, with Nona, who teaches immersive yoga: returning to stillness beyond the noise of the mind.
It opens Sunset to Sound. Sunset yoga at 6:30, a vegetarian dinner at 7:30, then Sound in Motion with Norma at 8:00, through rhythm, movement, listening and play.
No experience needed. Come for one part, or stay for the whole thing.
