Sound in Motion
Sound and rhythm inhabit us, and we inhabit them.
They weave through the rhythms of everyday life: our daily tasks, movement, memories and thoughts, pauses and breaths, and the music of words.
Sound in Motion is an invitation to explore these connections through sound, music, body movement, images and graphic scores. We work from free improvisation, body percussion and rhythmic games, with active listening running underneath.
Listen with your whole body, follow the rhythm, move, play, and let your creativity flow. All materials are provided. No instrument and no prior knowledge are needed — and if you play, bring it.
