Rooftop Sunset Yoga

Classical hatha on the rooftop, as the light goes.

An hour of classical hatha on The Yard, timed so the stillest part of the practice lands with the sun going down over Weibdeh. Sunset is 6:48, and the class is built around it.

Posture, alignment, breath and rest. Slow on purpose, which is the opposite of the fast class most people have met. No experience or flexibility needed before the first one. Mats are on us.

Including a refreshing post-session treat: detox-infused water & a power bowl.
